摘　　要：文章基于“一带一路”倡议和国内外研究现状,以产业发展、财政支出和对外贸易为切入点,运用2015-2018年相关统计数据,从区域化、特色化和具体化角度,实证分析影响安徽产业转型升级的多重因素,并得出研究结论:安徽产业结构协调发展,产业调整有序进行;财政支出体现“安徽特色”,注重科技创新;对外贸易规模不断加大,对外开放程度不断提升,以进一步推动长三角高质量一体化发展。Based on the initiative of"Belt and Road"as well as the domestic and foreign research status,this paper takes industrial development,fiscal expenditure and foreign trade as the entry point,applies the relevant statistical data from 2015 to 2018,and empirically analyzes the multiple factors affecting the transformation and upgrading of industry in Anhui province,from the perspective of regionalization,specialization and materialization.The conclusions are as follows:The development of industrial structure in Anhui province is coordinated with an orderly industrial adjustment;fiscal expenditure fully reflects the"Anhui characteristics"and focuses on scientific and technological innovation;the scale of foreign trade continues to increase,and the degree of opening to the outside continues to improve so as to further promote the integration of high-quality development of the Yangtze River Delta.
