摘  要:电解铝是河南省的重要化工产业之一,在地方经济的发展中扮演着重要作用。为了促进该行业的可持续发展,针对其能源结构现状和存在问题进行了系统的研究。根据产业特点,重点从技术方面分析了能源问题的内在原因。同时,从市场需求、资源调控、技术革新等角度讨论了河南电解铝产业的发展趋势。在此基础上,提出了优化能源和资源的调配、合理调整产能和经营模式、加快技术创新和应用进程、加大电力体制的改革等解决对策。Aluminum electrolysis industry is one of the main chemical industries in Henan province,which plays an important role in the development of local economy.To promote the sustainable development of this industry,systematical research was carried out on the corresponding current situation and problems of energy structure.According to the characteristics of industry,the internal causes of energy problems were analyzed from the technical aspects.Meanwhile,the development trend of aluminum electrolysis industry was discussed from the aspects of market demand,resource regulation and technological innovation in Henan province.On this basis,some countermeasures were proposed,including optimization of energy and resources,adjustment of production capacity and business model,speeding up the technical innovation and application,as well as the reform of electric power system.
