摘 要:采用ICS900离子色谱仪,对同一硫酸根离子质控样品进行浓度测定,收集20组有效数据,并统计分析,绘制出离子色谱法测定水中硫酸根离子含量的均值-极差质量控制图。结果表明,离子色谱法测定水中硫酸根离子浓度的受控范围为37.99~38.76 mg/L,警戒限为0.31 mg/L,辅助限为0.15 mg/L。通过建立实验室硫酸根离子质控样品均值-极差质量控制图能够实现对分析方法、测试系统稳定性以及重复性的实时监控,及时发现异常并做出相应的纠正和预防措施,确保检测结果准确可靠。The ICS900 ion chromatograph was used to determine the concentration of the same sulfate ion quality control sample.Twenty groups of effective data were collected and statistically analyzed to draw the mean-range quality control chart for the determination of sulfate ion content in water by ion chromatography.The results showed that the controlled range of determination of sulfate ion concentration in water by ion chromatography was 37.99~38.76 mg/L,the warning limit was 0.31 mg/L,and the auxiliary limit was 0.15 mg/L.By establishing the mean range quality control chart of sulfate ion quality control samples,real-time monitoring of the analysis method,stability and repeatability of the test system can be realized,the abnormality can be found out timely,and corresponding corrective and preventive measures can be made to ensure accurate and reliable test results.
