强力天麻杜仲胶囊与杜仲的挥发性成分对比  

Analysis and Comparision of Volatile Oil of Eucommia Ulmoides Oliv and Qiangli Gastrodia Eucommia Capsule

摘　　要：采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取杜仲与强力胶囊挥发油,用气质联用对化学成分进行鉴定,峰面积归一化法测其相对含量。杜仲挥发油共鉴定出12种成分,主要有N-棕榈酸(23.35%),2-十一烯醛(20.63%),(E,E)-2,4-癸二烯醛(11.00%)。强力胶囊挥发油中共鉴定出15个成分,主要有9,9-二甲基双环[3.3.1]壬烷-2,4-二酮(33.53%),9,10-二溴二十五烷(9.53%)等。在强力胶囊中有少部分成分来自于杜仲,但由于存在一系列成分间的相互作用和转化,可能导致了疗效的变化。With steam distillation extraction method,Eucommia ulmoides Oliv essential oil was extracted from Eucommia ulmoides Oliv.The chemical components and relative contents were identified by GC-MS method.12 volatile components of Eucommia ulmoides Oliv were identified,and the main chemicals were N-Hexadecanoic acid(23.35%),2-Undecenal(20.63%),(E,E)-2,4-Decanedienal(11.00%);15 volatile components were identified from volatile oils of Qiangli Gastrodia Eucommia Capsule,and the main chemical were 9,9-Dimethoxybicyclo[3.3.1]nona-2,4-dione(33.53%),9,10-Dibromopentacosane(9.53%)and so on in Qiangli Gastrodia Eucommia Capsule.There were apparent changes not only in quantity but also in quality between Qiangli Gastrodia Eucommia Capsule and its major constituted herbs.Meanwhile any changes in composition may lead to a change in efficacy.
