摘  要:针对矩形密封连接器电镀后出现插孔发黑、绝缘电阻下降及抗腐蚀性能差问题,结合实际生产情况,采用SEM、EDAX、X-Ray镀层测厚仪及LNJC-Ⅱ型耐压绝缘自动测试仪等测试手段,对质量问题进行分析并提出相应措施。结果表明,通过对密封连接器电镀前和电镀后的工艺改进,减少了插孔发黑频率、绝缘电阻提高至5000 MΩ以上、抗腐蚀性能明显提升。生产实践证明,对电镀工艺的改进有效保证了产品的安全可靠性。In view of the existing problems of blackening holes,decreasing insulation resistance and poor corrosion resistance of rectangular sealed connector after electroplating,automatic testers such as SEM,EDAX,X-Ray electroplate thickness measure and a type of LNJC-Ⅱinsulation test means for practical production process were used,the quality problems were analyzed and the corresponding measures were put forward.The results showed that through the improvement of the seal connector before and after plating process,the frequency of blackening holes reduced,the insulation resistance increased to more than 5000 MΩ,and corrosion resistance was improved significantly.The production practice has proved that the improvement of electroplating process effectively ensures the safety and reliability of products.
