活性炭吸附脱附工艺在涂料行业的应用

摘　　要：该涂料化工企业主要生产聚氨酯、塑料、橡胶等合成材料以及金属表面涂饰产品,废气主要来自甲类厂房,废气污染物为投料粉尘、非甲烷烃等,对投料粉尘与有机废气分开收集,对粉尘废气先采用脉冲袋式除尘器预处理后与有机废气汇总,再加活性炭吸附蒸汽脱附-冷凝回收工艺进行处理,废气总风量为19000 m 3/h,有机物平均浓度为168 mg/m 3,该套废气处理设备安装调试后处理效果良好,粉尘和非甲烷总烃的排放均达到环保要求。The coating chemical enterprise mainly produces polyurethane,plastic,rubber and other synthetic materials as well as metal surface coating products.The waste gas mainly comes from class a plant.The waste gas pollutants are feeding dust and non-methane hydrocarbon.The feeding dust and organic waste gas were collected separately.The dust and waste gas were pretreated by pulse bag filter first,then collected with organic waste gas,and then removed by active carbon adsorption steam.The total air volume of the waste gas was 19000 m 3/h,and the average concentration of organic matter was 168 mg/m 3.After the installation and commissioning of the waste gas treatment equipment,the treatment effect was good,and the emission of dust and non-methane hydrocarbon met the environmental protection requirements.
