摘  要:以2018中国-亚欧博览会(亚博会)旅游公共服务设施为研究对象,基于游客消费价值构建了节事活动旅游公共服务设施评价指标体系,运用SPSS及IPA分析法,通过数据分析了新疆内外游客对亚博会旅游公共服务设施的重要性和绩效评价.结果表明,游客对亚博会期间旅游公共服务设施的重要性期望值与绩效感知评价存在显著性差异,现有节事活动旅游公共服务设施供给与游客实际需求的均衡性不高.有针对性地提出了满足游客功能性需求的同时注重游客精神和心理诉求,实施节事活动旅游公共服务设施多元化供给策略,挖掘节事活动文化内涵,健全节事活动旅游公共服务设施建设经营和管理机制等对策建议.Taking the tourism public service facilities of 2018 Asia-Europe expo as the research object,this paper constructs an evaluation index system of tourism public service facilities of festival and events based on the consumption value of tourists.By using SPSS and IPA analysis method,this paper analyzes the importance and performance evaluation of tourists from inside and outside Xinjiang to the tourism public service facilities of the Asia-Europe expo.The IPA results show that there is a significant difference between tourists’ expectation of the importance of tourism public service facilities and their perceived performance evaluation during the Asia-Europe expo.The balance between the supply of public service facilities and the actual demand of tourists is not high.Finally,it puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions,such as satisfying the functional needs of tourists,paying attention to the spiritual and psychological demands of tourists,implementing the diversified supply strategy of tourism public service facilities for festivals and events,exploring the cultural connotation of festivals and events,and perfecting the construction,operation and management mechanism of tourism public service facilities for festivals and events.
