保护动机理论对幽门螺杆菌感染患者服药依从性及健康行为的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨保护动机理论干预对幽门螺杆菌(HP)感染者服药依从性、健康行为及护理满意度的影响。方法将100例HP阳性患者按随机数字表分成两组各50例,对照组按照幽门螺杆菌感染护理常规开展护理,干预组在此基础上给予保护动机理论进行干预,对比两组患者服药依从性、健康行为水平及护理满意度的情况。结果干预组服药依从性为94.0%,对照组服药依从性为76.0%;干预组健康行为水平高于对照组健康行为水平;干预组护理满意度96.0%,对照组护理满意度84.0%。干预组服药依从性、健康行为水平、护理满意度均优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论保护动机理论干预对临床护理工作有利,能提高HP感染患者的服药依从性、健康行为水平及护理满意度。Objective To investigate the effect of protective motivation theory intervention on medication compliance,health behavior and nursing satisfaction of patients with Helicobacter pylori(HP)infection.Methods 100 cases of Hp positive patients were divided into two groups according to random number table.Nursing care was carried out according to the nursing routine of HP infection,based on which the intervention group were intervened by the protection motivation theory.And the medication compliance,health behavior level and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The medication adherence of the intervention group was 94.0%,and that of the control group was 76.0%.The health behavior level of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group.The nursing satisfaction of the intervention group was 96.0%,and that of the control group was 84.0%.The medication adherence,health behavior level and nursing satisfaction of the intervention group were all better than the control group,and difference between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Theoretical motivation of protection motivation is beneficial to clinical nursing,which can improve the medication compliance,health behavior level and nursing satisfaction of HP infected patients.
