摘　　要：叔向“礼”的思想,包含邦国和个人两个层面,分别强调对晋国盟主地位的尊重和以邦国的利益为重。这一思想的出发点和归宿是维护晋国的利益,由此来看,叔向“礼”的思想,是根据当时晋国图霸的需要进行调整的结果。Shuxiang's thought of li(礼)can be described in two aspects:the state and individual,and emphasizes respect for the status of the leader of Jin and the interests of the state.The starting point and destination of this idea is to safeguard the interests of Jin.From this point of view,the idea of Shuxiang's li(礼)is the result of adjustments according to the needs to fighting for supremacy of Jin at that time.
