非正式支持、抗逆力与老年人因病致贫--基于西部三省九县农户调查的实证分析

摘　　要：因病致贫是可持续发展的重要障碍,加大非正式支持和提高抗逆能力是应对老年人因病致贫的重要路径。文章基于西部三省九县1070农户调查数据的实证分析,探究非正式支持及抗逆力对农村老年人因病致贫的影响效应与作用机制。研究发现,在非正式支持方面,经济支持及情感支持对农村老年人因病致贫均具有显著的抑制作用;在抗逆力方面,免疫力、因应力及复原力均对农村老年人因病致贫具有显著的减缓作用;同时,非正式支持对维系农村老年人抗逆力具有显著的改善作用。根据实证分析的政策涵义,本文提出应对老年人因病致贫的对策建议:完善家庭养老保障,拓展老年人非正式支持;加强老年健康教育,提高老年人免疫力;加强老年健康管理,提高老年人因应力;加强老年健康保障,提高老年人复原力。Illness-incurred poverty is a key obstacle to sustainable development. Increasing informal support and improving resilience are important ways to cope with illness-incurred poverty among the elderly. Based on the empirical analysis of nine counties in three provinces of western China, this paper explores the impact of informal support and resilience on illness-incurred poverty and its mechanism. It concludes that informal support consisting of both economic support and emotional support has significant inhibitory effects on illness-incurred poverty among the rural elderly;as for resilience, immunity, stress and resiliency have significant mitigation effects on illness-incurred poverty among the rural elderly;at the same time, informal support has a significant improvement effect on maintaining the resilience of the rural elderly. According to the policy implications revealed in this empirical analysis, this paper puts forward some measures and suggestions to cope with illness-incurred poverty among the elderly: it is necessary to improve family-care, health education, immunity, resilience and health-related work for the elderly, and reduce their stress in a more efficient way.
