摘　　要：混凝土管桩的施工质量对工程建设质量有至关重要的影响。对混凝土管桩的常用施工工艺进行WBS分解,应用BIM技术,构建混凝土管桩三维模型,模拟混凝土管桩的施工过程,在施工前进行三维施工技术交底,可视化地指导施工,以确保混凝土管桩的施工质量。The quality of the construction of concrete piles has a decisive influence on the quality of the construction of the structures.The construction techniques commonly used for concrete piles are broken down into WBS,and the BIM technique is applied to build a three-dimensional model of concrete piles,simulate the process of building piles concrete,present three-dimensional construction techniques before construction and visually guide construction to ensure the quality of the construction of concrete piles.
