摘  要:新建隧道施工前对既有隧道做病害检测既能评估既有隧道的使用性能,还可对新隧道施工的合理性和安全性提出建设性的建议。因此应用地质雷达、微观观测、混凝土回弹、激光检测等技术,结合钻芯法及室内抗压强度试验,对既有隧道病害产生原因进行全面检测旨在为下穿隧道开挖提供理论指导,既有隧道检测结果表明:①隧道发育有纵向裂缝、竖向裂缝及环向裂缝,其中纵向裂缝占比达到50%以上,最大宽度达0.35mm,最大深度达到98.82mm,对隧道结构的危害也最严重;②实测隧道内轮廓线形与设计内轮廓线形基本符合,拱顶和拱腰位置多表现为侵入设计断面的偏差,偏差最大的部位可达39mm,拱脚附近多表现为远离设计断面的偏差,偏差最大部位可达46mm,说明拱顶和拱脚是破坏最严重的区域,应作为修复的重点;③二衬均存在空洞、不密实、或脱空现象,二衬厚度82%的测点位置能达到设计要求,局部存在欠厚,最大欠厚值为19.7cm,应对二衬欠厚严重的地区进行整治。The disease detection of the existing tunnel before the construction of the new tunnel can not only evaluate the service performance of the existing tunnel,but also put forward constructive suggestions for the rationality and safety of the new tunnel construction.Therefore,by using geological radar,micro observation,concrete rebound,laser detection and other technologies,combined with the core drilling method and indoor compressive strength test,the comprehensive detection of the causes of the existing tunnel diseases aims to provide theoretical guidance for the excavation of the underpass tunnel.The detection results of the existing tunnel show that:①there are longitudinal cracks,vertical cracks and circumferential cracks in the tunnel,among which the longitudinal cracks account for The ratio is more than 50%,the maximum width is 0.35mm,and the maximum depth is 98.82mm,which is also the most serious damage to the tunnel structure;②the measured inner contour of the tunnel is basically consistent with the design inner contour.The position of the arch crown and the arch waist mostly shows the deviation of the invasion into the design section,the position with the largest deviation can reach 39mm,and the deviation near the arch foot is mostly the deviation away from the design section,and the largest deviation can reach 46mm,which indicates that the vault and arch foot are the areas with the most serious damage,which should be taken as the key point of repair;③there are cavities,uncompacted or hollowed phenomena in the secondary lining.The measuring points with 82%of the thickness of the secondary lining can meet the design requirements,and there is partial under thickness,with the maximum under thickness of 19.7cm.The areas with serious under thickness of the secondary lining should be treated.
