摘 要:目前,我国一些沃尔玛超市在适应市场需求变化调整布局过程中有时会出现布局不合理的情况,这导致了超市的运行成本较高、空间利用率较低。基于此问题,本文设计了一套SLP方法、TOPSIS方法相结合的布局优化方法。首先采用因子分析法对影响超市收益的主要因素进行分析,再利用SLP分析方法,对影响因素进行分析,得出可行的规划方案。接着应用TOPSIS方法对备选方案进行评价,选择出最优布局方案。结果表明,通过超市布局优化,提高了超市的服务效率,降低了运行成本。At present,some Walmart stores in China sometimes have unreasonable layout in the process of adjusting layout to adapt to the changes in market demand,which leads to higher operating costs and lower space utilization.Based on this problem,this paper designs a set of layout optimization methods combining SLP method and TOPSIS method.Firstly,factor analysis method is adopted to analyze the main factors that affect the supermarket's revenue,and then SLP analysis method is used to analyze the influencing factors,and a feasible planning scheme is obtained.Then,TOPSIS method is applied to evaluate the alternatives and select the optimal layout.The results show that the service efficiency and operation cost are improved by optimizing the layout of supermarkets.
