摘　　要：随着社会经济发展和居民饮食结构的调整,高尿酸血症发病率呈逐年增加的趋势。根据现代最新研究表明,高尿酸血症不仅是痛风的重要生化基础,并且是一些并发症的独立危险因子,如心血管、高血压、高脂血症、动脉粥样硬化等疾病。近年来,中医在治疗高尿酸血症方面进行了大量的探索和研究,并取得一定成效,中医通过对高尿酸血症患者辨证论治,同病异治,治法对证,采用中医针刺疗法,经济方便有效,可广泛推广。With the development of social economy and the adjustment of dietary structure,the incidence rate of hyperuricemia is increasing year by year.According to the latest research,hyperuricemia is not only an important biochemical basis of gout,but also an independent risk factor for some complications,such as cardiovascular,hypertension,hyperlipidemia,atherosclerosis and other diseases.In recent years,Chinese medicine has carried out a lot of exploration and research in the treatment of hyperuricemia,and achieved certain results.Through syndrome differentiation and treatment of hyperuricemia patients,treatment of the same disease and different treatment,treatment method and syndrome,using acupuncture therapy of Chinese medicine,it is economical,convenient and effective,and can be widely promoted.
