摘  要:目的对性病门诊患者的性病知识和行为进行调查,探讨科学预防措施。方法以2018年12月至2019年12月我中心门诊200例性病患者作为研究对象,在患者完全知情的情况下,以问卷调查的方式对患者性病知识和行为进行调查,统计性病知识的知晓情况,对相关行为发生率进行统计。结果 200例性病患者的性病知识知晓得分为(7.68±0.52)分,其中男性患者(118例)性病知识知晓得分明显高于女性患者(82例),青中年患者(18~59岁)性病知识知晓得分明显高于老年患者(60岁以上),高中以上学历(136例)性病知识知晓得分明显高于高中以下学历(64例)。200例性病患者中商业性性行为有21%,临时性性行为有33%,同性性行为有3%。结论女性患者、老年患者和低学历患者对性病知识的知晓率更低,不良性行为是造成性病传播的重要原因,应加强性病知识和行为的宣传。Objective To investigate the STD knowledge and behavior of STD outpatients and explore the scientific prevention measures.Methods 200 outpatients with STD in our hospital were selected as the research objects from December 2018 to December 2019.With the full knowledge of the patients,the STD knowledge and behavior of the patients were investigated by questionnaire,and the awareness of STD knowledge was counted,and the incidence of related behaviors was counted.Results The score of STD knowledge awareness of 200 STD patients was(7.68±0.52).Among which,the score of STD knowledge awareness of 118 male patients was significantly higher than that of 82 female patients,the score of STD knowledge awareness of middle-aged and young patients(18-59 years old)was significantly higher than that of old patients(Over 60 years old),and the score of STD knowledge awareness of 136 high middle school and above education was significantly higher than that of 64 high school and below education.Among the 200 STD patients,21%had commercial sexual behavior,33%had temporary sexual behavior,3%had same-sex sexual behavior.Conclusion Female patients,elderly patients and low educated patients have lower awareness of STD knowledge,and bad sexual behavior is an important reason for STD transmission,so we should strengthen the publicity of STD knowledge and behavior.
