凝血真空采血管及标本放置温度、时间对凝血检验的影响

摘　　要：目的探究凝血真空采血管与标本放置温度、放置时间对凝血检验结果的影响。方法于2017年7月至2018年9月这一期间本院进行健康体检的42例,采集静脉血进行常规凝血四项检验,分析不同凝血真空采血管凝血四项、冰箱保存与室温保存下不同时间对凝血结果的影响。结果国产乙组的凝血酶时间水平比BD组低(P<0.05);与冰箱保存血液即刻相比,保存8 h活化部分凝血酶时间与凝血酶时间水平具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与室温保存血液即刻相比,保存8 h凝血酶原时间与活化部分凝血酶时间水平具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与室温保存血液即刻相比,保存8 h凝血酶时间水平具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论冰箱保存8 h的活化部分凝血酶时间与凝血时间较长,室温保存8 h的凝血酶原时间、活化部分凝血酶时间较长,国产凝血真空采血管的凝血酶时间较少。Objective To explore the influence of vacuum blood collection vessel,specimen placing temperature and time on blood coagulation test results.Methods From July 2017 to September 2018,42 cases of healthy physical examination were performed in our hospital.Venous blood was collected for routine coagulation tests.The effects of different coagulation vacuum coagulation tests,refrigerator preservation and room temperature preservation on coagulation results were analyzed.Results The thrombin time level in group B was lower than that in group BD(P<0.05).Compared with the blood stored in refrigerator immediately,the activated partial thrombin time and thrombin time level stored for 8 hours have statistical significance(P<0.05).Compared with the blood stored at room temperature immediately,the prothrombin time and activated partial thrombin time levels stored for 8 hours were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the blood stored at room temperature immediately,the thrombin time level stored for 8 hours is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The activated partial thrombin time and coagulation time were longer when stored in refrigerator for 8 hours,the prothrombin time and activated partial thrombin time were longer when stored at room temperature for 8 hours,and the thrombin time of domestic coagulation vacuum blood vessel collection was less.
