观察免费孕前优生健康检查及孕前健康教育在优生优育中的价值

摘　　要：目的研究观察免费孕前优生健康检查及孕前健康教育在优生优育中的价值。方法前瞻性选取我区2017年6月至2018年6月时间段内符合国家计划生育政策且准备怀孕的夫妻400对,根据随机数表法分为观察组(200对)和对照组(200对),对照组给予免费孕前优生健康检查,观察组给予免费孕前优生健康检查以及孕前健康教育,观察孕前优生健康检查结果,对比分析两组夫妻孕前优生知识知晓率,并追踪两组不良妊娠结局以及新生儿疾病发生率。结果观察组孕前优生知识知晓率显著优于对照组(94.0%VS 70.5%)(P<0.05);观察组不良妊娠结局显著低于对照组(8.00%VS 17.00%)(P <0.05);观察组新生儿疾病发生率显著低于对照组(5.5%VS16.5%)(P <0.05)。结论免费孕前优生健康检查及孕前健康教育可以提高待孕夫妻孕前优生知识知晓率,减少、规避妊娠相关风险因素,从而降低妊娠不良结局和新生儿疾病发生率,提高新生儿质量,对促进优生优育有重要推动作用。Objective To study and observe the value of free pre-pregnancy health examination and pre-pregnancy health education in pre-pregnancy and good health care.Methods A prospectie,selection of the development zone in June 2017 to June 2018 period in line with the national family planning policy and prepare pregnant couples for 400,according to the stochastic indicator method is divided into observation group(200)and the control group(200),the control group given free eugenics health examination before childbirth,observation group was given free eugenics health examination before childbirth and pregnancy health education,observe the eugenics health examination results before childbirth,compared two groups of couples aware of knowledge about pregnancy eugenics,and track two groups the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome and neonatal diseases.Results The knowledge awareness rate of eugenics in the observation group before pregnancy was significantly better than that in the control group(94.0%vs 70.5%)(P<0.05).The adverse pregnancy outcome of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(8.00%vs 17.00%)(P<0.05).The incidence of neonatal diseases in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(5.5%vs 16.5%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Free pre-pregnancy health examination and pre-pregnancy health education can improve the awareness rate of pre-pregnancy knowledge of pregnant couples,reduce and avoid pregnancy-related risk factors,so as to reduce the adverse pregnancy outcome and the incidence of neonatal diseases,improve the quality of newborns,and play an important role in promoting eugenics and good parenting.
