子宫切口妊娠的经阴道彩超诊断及价值分析

摘　　要：目的分析经阴道彩超检查对子宫切口妊娠的诊断价值。方法选择我院2018年1月至2019年3月收治的疑似剖宫产术后子宫切口妊娠者82例作为研究对象,先给予研究对象腹部超声检查,再进行经阴道彩超检查,以病理检查为金标准,评价经阴道彩超检查诊断子宫切口妊娠的符合率。结果 82例疑似剖宫产术后子宫切口妊娠者经病理检查确诊为子宫切口妊娠75例,7例为其他部位妊娠;腹部彩超检查诊断为子宫切口妊娠69例,诊断符合率为92.00%;经阴道彩超诊断为子宫切口妊娠74例,诊断符合率为98.67%;经阴道彩超诊断子宫切口妊娠的符合率高于腹部超声检查,P <0.05,具有统计学意义。结论经阴道彩超诊断子宫切口妊娠的符合率较高,能够清楚显示子宫切口妊娠病灶情况,是一种简单、安全、准确性好的诊断方法,值得临床推广、使用。Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography in uterine incision pregnancy.Methods 82 cases of suspected uterine incision pregnancy after cesarean section admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to March 2019 were selected as the research objects.Abdominal ultrasonography was first given to the study subjects,then transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography was performed.The coincidence rate of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of uterine incision pregnancy was evaluated according to the gold standard of pathological examination.Results 82 cases of suspected uterine incision pregnancy after cesarean section were confirmed by pathological examination as 75 cases of uterine incision pregnancy and 7 cases as other parts of pregnancy;69 cases of uterine incision pregnancy were diagnosed by abdominal color Doppler ultrasonography,the diagnostic coincidence rate was 92.0%;74 cases of uterine incision pregnancy were diagnosed by transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography,the diagnostic coincidence rate was 98.67%;the coincidence rate of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography in diagnosing uterine incision pregnancy was higher than Abdominal ultrasonography,P<0.05,has statistical significance.Conclusion The coincidence rate of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography in diagnosis of uterine incision pregnancy is high.It can clearly show the lesions of uterine incision pregnancy.It is a simple,safe and accurate diagnostic method,which is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
