高频电刀手术治疗痔疮的临床效果评价

摘　　要：目的对比分析高频电刀手术在治疗痔疮患者中的应用效果。方法 2017年9月至2018年12月,将120例痔疮患者作为研究对象,按照入院编号单双数法分为对照组与观察组各60例,分别采用常规手术治疗与高频电刀手术治疗,对比2组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗后,对照组患者术后并发症发病率为40.00%,明显高于观察组6.67%(P<0.05)。对照组患者术后2 d内疼痛评分、换药疼痛程度评分,明显高于观察组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组患者下床活动时间、术后首次排便完成时间,明显长于观察组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高频电刀手术在治疗痔疮患者中的应用效果突出,能够有效降低并发症的发生率,缩短康复时间,值得临床推广。Objective To compare and analyze the application of high-frequency electrosurgery in the treatment of patients with acne.Methods From September 2017 to December 2018,120 patients with acne were enrolled in the study.According to the admission number and double number method,60 patients in the control group and the observation group were treated with conventional surgery and high-frequency electrosurgery.Treatment,comparing the treatment effects of the two groups of patients.Results After treatment,the incidence of postoperative complications in the control group was 40.00%,which was significantly higher than that in the observation group(6.67%)(P<0.05).In the control group,the scores of pain and dressing pain were significantly higher than those in the observation group within 2 days after operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of getting out of bed and the time of first defecation in the control group were significantly longer than those in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of high-frequency electrosurgery in the treatment of patients with acne is outstanding,which can effectively reduce the incidence of complications and shorten the recovery time,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
