观察分析头孢菌素类临床药学服务对合理用药的促进作用

摘　　要：目的探讨头孢菌素类临床药物服务对合理用药的促进作用。方法选取2018年1月至2018年12月本院接收的82例采取头孢菌素类药物患者,随机分为两组,对照组(n=41)未实施临床药学服务,研究组(n=41)开展临床药物服务,统计各组服药依从性、处方不合理用药状况及不良反应发生率。结果在服药依从率方面,研究组与对照组分别是95.12%和75.61%,研究组较对照组更高(P<0.05);在药物用量不当、重复用药、药物用法不当、药物选择不合理及药物配伍不当发生率、不良反应发生率方面,研究组均较对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论强化临床头孢菌素类药物临床药学服务,有助于处方不合理用药发生率降低,促进患者服药依从性提高,防止不良反应的发生。Objective To explore the promoting effect of cephalosporins clinical drug service on rational drug use.Methods 82 patients with cephalosporins received in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(n=41)did not implement clinical pharmaceutical care,and the research group(n=41)carried out clinical pharmaceutical care.The compliance,unreasonable use of prescriptions and the incidence of adverse reactions in each group were counted.Results The compliance rates of the study group and the control group were 95.12%and 75.61%respectively,which were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The study group was lower than the control group in terms of inappropriate drug dosage,repeated drug use,improper drug selection,improper drug compatibility and adverse reactions(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening clinical pharmaceutical care for cephalosporins is helpful to reduce the incidence of unreasonable use of prescriptions,improve the compliance of patients and prevent the occurrence of adverse reactions.
