观察加减龙胆泻肝汤治疗肝经郁火型多囊卵巢综合征的疗效

摘　　要：目的针对肝经郁火型多囊卵巢综合征患者借助加减龙胆泻肝汤展开治疗的具体效果进行分析。方法以对比治疗的方式展开本次研究,所纳入病例共计为88例,均在本院2019年1月至12月所接诊患者中随机抽选而来,按照计算机抽样的方式取组中44例,治疗方案完全按照常规模式进行展开,作为对照组,余下44例则需要将加减龙胆泻肝汤进行运用,作为观察组。针对两组患者的治疗情况进行分析。结果结合对比两组患者在治疗后空腹胰岛素水平、空腹血糖以及泌乳素、促黄体生成素等水平,观察组均存在有明显优势,P<0.05。结合对两组患者各方面症状改善用时对比,观察组同样存在有明显优势,P<0.05。结论在对肝经郁火型多囊卵巢综合征患者进行治疗的过程中以加减龙胆泻肝汤进行治疗,能够有效提升临床对该部分患者的治疗效果,改善患者体内各激素水平,对于帮助患者恢复存在有极为重要的作用。Objective To analyze the specific effect of Longdan Xiegan Decoction in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods The study was carried out in the way of comparative treatment.A total of 88 cases were included in the study.All of them were randomly selected from the patients in our hospital from January 2019 to December.According to the method of computer sampling,44 cases in the group were selected.The treatment scheme was completely carried out in accordance with the conventional mode,as the control group.The remaining 44 cases needed to use the decoction as the observation group.The treatment of the two groups were analyzed.Results combined with the comparison of fasting insulin level,fasting blood glucose,prolactin and luteinizing hormone levels after treatment,the observation group had significant advantages(P<0.05).Combined with the time comparison of symptom improvement of the two groups,the observation group also had obvious advantages(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome of liver channel depression fire type,adding and subtracting Longdan Xiegan decoction can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect of this part of patients,improve the level of various hormones in patients,and play an important role in helping patients recover.
