探讨健康教育在2型糖尿病护理中应用的思考与实践

摘　　要：目的分析研究健康教育在2型糖尿病护理中的应用效果。方法选取本院2018年3月至2019年2月收治的86例2型糖尿病患者进行此次研究,按照数字表法将其均分为参照组和观察组,各43例。其中给予常规护理的为参照组,在此基础上给予健康教育护理的为观察组,比较两组的自我护理行为能力及血糖改善情况。结果观察组患者的自我护理行为能力改善情况优于参照组且差异显著(P<0.05);观察组血糖改善情况优于参照组且差异显著(P <0.05)。结论将健康教育应用于对2型糖尿病患者的护理,能够显著提升其自我护理行为能力,优化治疗效果。Objective To analyze the effect of health education in nursing of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods 86 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to February 2019 were selected for this study.According to the digital table method,they were divided into the reference group and the observation group,43 cases each.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given health education nursing.The self-care behavior ability and blood sugar improvement of the two groups were compared.Results The improvement of self-care behavior ability in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the improvement of blood sugar in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of health education in the nursing of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus can significantly improve their self-care behavior ability and optimize the therapeutic effect.
