护理干预对肝硬化合并上消化道出血患者的影响

摘　　要：目的分析护理干预对肝硬化合并上消化道出血患者的影响。方法随机抽取2017年1月至2018年12月我院肝胆外科和感染内科收治的肝硬化合并上消化道出血病例数共计200例,根据双盲分组法将其分为护理组和常规组,常规组患者予以常规护理干预,护理组患者予以全面护理干预,分析两组患者生活质量评分、治疗总有效率和护理总满意率。结果护理组患者在环境、生理、社会、心理等生活质量评分均明显高于常规组,组间对比差异具统计学意义(P <0.05);护理组患者治疗总有效率为91%,常规组患者治疗总有效率为76%,护理组高于常规组,经统计学分析具明显差异(P <0.05);护理组患者护理总满意率为95%,常规组患者护理总满意率为80%,护理组高于常规组,统计学分析有意义(P <0.05)。结论全面护理干预下可有效改善临床症状,提高护理满意度,可在临床应用中予以广泛推广和应用。Objective To analyze the effect of nursing intervention on patients with cirrhosis and upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods A total of 200 cases of cirrhosis complicated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding were randomly selected from January 2017 to December 2018 in the Department of hepatobiliary surgery and Infectious Medicine of our hospital.They were divided into nursing group and routine group according to double blind grouping method.The routine group was given routine nursing intervention,and the nursing group was given comprehensive nursing intervention.The quality of life score and total effective rate of treatment of the two groups were analyzed.And the total satisfaction rate of nursing.Results The quality of life scores of nursing group were significantly higher than those of routine group in environment,physiology,society and psychology,and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate of nursing group was 91%,the total effective rate of routine group was 76%,the total effective rate of nursing group was higher than that of routine group,and there was significant difference(P<0.05).The intention rate was 95%.The total satisfaction rate of nursing in routine group was 80%.The nursing group was higher than that in routine group.Statistical analysis was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve clinical symptoms and nursing satisfaction,and can be widely promoted and applied in clinical application.
