语言沟通联合心理护理在精神病护理中的应用效果评价

摘　　要：目的了解语言沟通联合心理护理在精神病护理中的应用效果。方法将我院2016年1月至2018年6月的70例精神病患者,随机分组,常规的护理服务组对于辽宁省复员军人康宁医院四病区就诊的精神病患者给予一般护理,语言沟通联合心理护理组对于辽宁省复员军人康宁医院四病区就诊的精神病患者开展语言沟通联合心理护理。比较两组满意度;心理状态好转的时间、治疗依从性评分;护理前后生活质量评分和汉密尔顿焦虑评分;家属投诉率。结果语言沟通联合心理护理组的满意度更高,P <0.05。语言沟通联合心理护理组的满意度是100%,其中35例均满意,而常规的护理服务组的满意度是80%,其中28例满意。护理前两组生活质量评分和汉密尔顿焦虑评分接近,P> 0.05;护理后语言沟通联合心理护理组生活质量评分和汉密尔顿焦虑评分优于常规的护理服务组,P <0.05。结论精神病患者实施语言沟通联合心理护理效果确切。Objective To understand the effect of language communication combined with psychological nursing in psychiatric nursing.Methods 70 psychiatric patients in our hospital from January 2016 to June 2018 were randomly divided into two groups.The routine nursing service group gave general nursing care to the psychiatric patients in the fourth ward of Liaoning Province's demobilized soldiers'Kangning Hospital,and the language communication combined psychological nursing group gave language communication combined psychological nursing care to the psychiatric patients in the fourth ward of Liaoning Province's demobilized soldiers'Kangning Hospital.Compare the satisfaction of the two groups;the time of psychological improvement,treatment compliance score;quality of life score and Hamilton anxiety score before and after nursing;complaint rate of family members.Result The satisfaction of language communication combined with psychological nursing group was higher,P<0.05.The satisfaction rate of language communication combined with psychological nursing group was 100%,of which 35 cases were satisfied,while that of routine nursing service group was 80%,of which 28 cases were satisfied.The scores of quality of life and Hamilton anxiety in the first two groups were close to each other(P>0.05);the scores of quality of life and Hamilton anxiety in the group of language communication combined with psychological nursing after nursing were better than those in the group of routine nursing service(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of language communication combined with psychological nursing for psychiatric patients is exact.
