手术室护理在腹腔镜直肠癌术中低体温护理的临床作用探讨

摘　　要：目的了解手术室护理在腹腔镜直肠癌术中低体温护理的临床作用。方法将我院2016年7月到2018年12月的80例腹腔镜直肠癌术患者,随机分组,常规护理服务组予以传统干预,手术室护理组施行手术室护理。比较两组满意评分;腹腔镜直肠癌术的时间、腹腔镜直肠癌术之后的住院时间、术中体温的水平;护理前后焦虑以及抑郁的分值;低体温的发生率。结果手术室护理组的满意评分更高,P <0.05。手术室护理组的满意评分是(94.10±3.78)分,而常规护理服务组的满意评分是(80.11±2.26)分。护理前两组焦虑以及抑郁的分值比较,P> 0.05;护理后手术室护理组焦虑以及抑郁的分值优于常规护理服务组,P <0.05。手术室护理组腹腔镜直肠癌术的时间、腹腔镜直肠癌术之后的住院时间、术中体温的水平优于常规护理服务组,P <0.05,手术室护理组腹腔镜直肠癌术的时间、腹腔镜直肠癌术之后的住院时间、术中体温的水平分别是(67.40±2.24)min、(5.78±2.17)d以及(37.40±0.17)℃。常规护理服务组腹腔镜直肠癌术的时间、腹腔镜直肠癌术之后的住院时间、术中体温的水平分别是(76.40±2.68)min、(7.72±2.68)d以及(36.34±0.14)℃。手术室护理组低体温的发生率更少,P <0.05。手术室护理组低体温的发生率有1例,而常规护理服务组低体温的发生率有8例。结论腹腔镜直肠癌术患者实施手术室护理效果明显,提升了满意度。Objective To understand the clinical effect of operating room nursing in low body temperature nursing during laparoscopic rectal cancer operation.Methods 80 cases of laparoscopic rectal cancer in our hospital from July 2016 to December 2018 were randomly divided into two groups.The routine nursing service group was given traditional intervention,and the operating room nursing group was given operation room nursing.The satisfaction scores of the two groups were compared;the time of laparoscopic rectal cancer operation,the length of hospitalization after laparoscopic rectal cancer operation,the level of body temperature during operation;the scores of anxiety and depression before and after nursing;and the incidence of hypothermia.Results The satisfaction score of nursing group in operating room was higher,P<0.05.The satisfaction score of the operating room nursing group was(94.10±3.78),while that of the routine nursing service group was(80.11±2.26).The scores of anxiety and depression in the two groups before and after nursing were higher than those in the routine nursing service group(P>0.05),and the scores of anxiety and depression in the operating room nursing group after nursing were better than those in the routine nursing service group(P<0.05).The time of laparoscopic rectal cancer operation,hospitalization time after laparoscopic rectal cancer operation and body temperature level during operation in the operating room nursing group were better than those in the conventional nursing group(P<0.05).The time of laparoscopic rectal cancer operation in the operating room nursing group,hospitalization time after laparoscopic rectal cancer operation and body temperature level during operation were(67.40±2.24)minutes,(5.78±2.17)days and(37.40±0.17)degrees Celsius,respectively.The time of laparoscopic rectal cancer operation,the length of hospitalization after laparoscopic rectal cancer operation and the temperature level during operation in the routine nursing service group were(76.40±2.68)minutes,(7.72±2.68)d
