针对全程健康教育模式在慢性肾病护理管理中的应用与研究进行探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨全程健康教育模式在慢性肾病护理管理中的应用效果。方法研究选取的160例慢性肾病患者均来自于本院,收治时间2018年6月至2019年6月,经等量电脑随机方法分组,两组均80例,对照组应用常规健康教育模式行护理管理,实验组应用全程健康教育模式行护理管理,对比两组护理管理效果。结果干预后,实验组患者用药依从性、饮食依从性、慢性肾病知识达标率、护理管理满意度均明显高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论全程健康教育模式在慢性肾病护理管理中具有显著的应用效果,可引导患者积极配合临床医护,加深患者对慢性肾病知识的了解掌握。Objective To explore the application effect of the whole course health education mode in the nursing management of chronic kidney disease.Methods 160 patients with chronic kidney disease were selected from our hospital.The treatment time was from June 2018 to June 2019.They were randomly divided into two groups by equal amount of computers.80 patients in both groups were in the control group.The routine health education mode was used for nursing management in the control group.The whole process health education mode was used in the experimental group for nursing management,and the effect of nursing management in the two groups was compared.Results After intervention,the compliance of medication,diet,chronic kidney disease knowledge and nursing management in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The whole process health education mode has a significant effect in the nursing management of chronic kidney disease.It can guide patients to actively cooperate with clinical care,and deepen the understanding of patients'knowledge of chronic kidney disease.
