探讨血液灌流配合综合内科治疗百草枯中毒的效果及护理

摘　　要：目的研究分析百草枯中毒患者予以血液灌流联合综合内科治疗的效果,并总结有效护理。方法选择2018年2月至2019年1月收治的百草枯中毒病患32例,对照组研究对象行综合内科治疗,观察组研究对象于对照组的基础之上行血液灌流治疗。结果观察组研究对象在治疗有效率以及并发症发生率数据比较上均优于对照组,且组间数据比较差异有统计学意义。结论百草枯中毒患者在服药后5 h内予以血液灌流配合综合内科治疗,并从关注凝血、心理护理、生命体征监测、口腔护理等方面加强有效护理,是帮助提高救治成功率的有效途径。Objective To study and analyze the effect of hemoperfusion combined with comprehensive medical treatment for paraquat poisoning patients,and summarize effective nursing care.Methods 32 patients with paraquat poisoning from February 2018 to January 2019 were selected.The control group was treated with comprehensive medical treatment,while the observation group was treated with ascending hemoperfusion based on the control group.Result The observation group was superior to the control group in the treatment efficiency and the incidence of complications,and there was significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion It is an effective way to improve the success rate of treatment for paraquat poisoning patients by blood perfusion and comprehensive medical treatment within 5 hours after taking the medicine,and to strengthen effective nursing from the aspects of blood coagulation,psychological nursing,vital signs monitoring and oral nursing.
