快速康复在膝关节置换护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨快速康复在膝关节置换护理中的应用。方法收集2017年9月~2019年10月入住本院的78例行膝关节置换术的患者的病历资料,39例对照组患者依据常规护理方案进行护理,39例观察组患者实施快速康复护理措施,对比分析两组护理效果。结果观察组患者术后首次下床活动时间、住院时间明显短于对照组患者(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理后的HSS评分明显高于对照组,VAS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理满意度为92.31%,相较于对照组的74.36%明显要高(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为5.13%,明显低于对照组的17.95%(P<0.05)。结论对行膝关节置换术的患者实施快速康复护理措施能促进患者膝关节功能的恢复,缩短住院时间,缓解患者疼痛,提高患者护理满意度,降低术后并发症发生率,具有较高的应用推广价值。Objective To explore the effect of rapid rehabilitation in the nursing of knee replacement.Methods The medical records of 78 patients who were admitted to our hospital from September 2017 to October 2019 for knee replacement were collected,39 patients in the control group were nursed according to the routine nursing plan,39 patients in the observation group were nursed with rapid rehabilitation nursing measures,and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The first time of getting out of bed and staying in hospital in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the HSS score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the VAS score was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 92.31%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(74.36%)(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.13%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(17.95%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of rapid rehabilitation nursing measures for patients undergoing knee replacement can promote the recovery of knee function,shorten the length of stay,relieve patients'pain,improve patients'nursing satisfaction,and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,which has high application and promotion value.
