头部亚低温护理对蛛网膜下腔出血术后的影响

摘　　要：目的分析头部亚低温护理对蛛网膜下腔出血术后的影响。方法选取于本院行蛛网膜下腔出血术患者66例。由手术时间先后分组,每组各33例,对照组术后采取常规护理,研究组基于此术后采取头部亚低温护理,对比两组护理效果。结果术前,两组患者CGRP、ET、GCS评分比较无异(P> 0.05),研究组患者术后3d、1周GCS评分、出院后3个月、6个月GOS评分明显高于对照组,术后1周、2周CGRP、ET、并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论头部亚低温护理对蛛网膜下腔出血术后存在积极影响,能有效提高神经功能,及时预防并发症。Objective To analyze the effect of mild hypothermia nursing on patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage after operation.Methods 66 patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage were selected.According to the operation time,33 patients in each group were divided into two groups.The control group received routine nursing after operation,while the research group received mild hypothermia nursing after operation.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results Before operation,the scores of CGRP,ET and GCS in the two groups were similar(P>0.05).The GCS scores in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group at 3 days,1 week,3 months and 6 months after discharge.The incidence of CGRP,ET and complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group at 1 and 2 weeks after operation(P<0.05).Conclusion Head mild hypothermia nursing has a positive effect on subarachnoid hemorrhage after operation,which can effectively improve nerve function and prevent complications in time.
