综合护理干预对肛瘘术后患者疼痛及尿潴留的影响

摘　　要：目的观察综合护理干预对肛瘘术后患者疼痛及尿潴留的影响。方法我院2017年7月至2018年7月收治的66例肛瘘手术治疗患者为本次研究对象,按照围手术期是否给予综合护理干预将所有患者分为对照组(33例,常规护理干预)与实验组(33例,综合护理干预),比较两组患者预后情况。结果实验组患者术后12 h、24 h、48 h、72 h视觉疼痛VAS量表得分明显低于对照组,P<0.05。实验组患者术后2 h内首次排尿例数明显多于对照组,P<0.05。实验组患者尿潴留发生率(3.03%)明显低于对照组,P<0.05。实验组患者术后6 h自我护理能力评价量表(ESCA)得分明显高于对照组,P<0.05。结论对于肛瘘手术患者围手术期综合护理干预效果明显优于常规护理。Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on pain and urinary retention in patients after anal fistula operation..Methods 66 cases of anal fistula treated in our hospital in July-2018 July 2017 were the subjects of this study.According to whether comprehensive nursing intervention was given during perioperative period,all patients were divided into control group and experimental group.33 patients in the control group were given routine nursing intervention.Thirty-three patients in the experimental group were given comprehensive nursing intervention.The prognosis of the two groups was compared.Result The VAS scores of the experimental group at 12,24,48 and 72 hours after operation were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The number of first urination cases in the experimental group within 2 hours after operation was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of urinary retention in the experimental group(3.03%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The score of ESCA in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group 6 hours after operation(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in perioperative period for patients with anal fistula is better than that of routine nursing.
