临床护理路径在腹腔镜胃癌手术患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的分析腹腔镜胃癌手术患者中临床护理路径的应用效果。方法选取2018年4月至2019年5月在我院治疗的84例腹腔镜胃癌手术患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,其中对照组42例实施常规护理,观察组42例给予临床护理路径,观察和比较出两组护理方式给腹腔镜胃癌手术患者护理带来的效果差异。结果观察组在健康知识掌握、自护能力以及护理满意程度方面均高于对照组,两组存在统计差异(P<0.05);在住院时间、置管时间以及肛门通气时间上观察组短于对照组,两组存在统计差异(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径应用在腹腔镜胃癌手术患者中有助于提升患者护理满意度,增强护理人员的护理知识,保证腹腔镜胃癌手术顺利进行,患者的住院和置管时间缩短,肛门通气快。Objective To analyze the application effect of clinical nursing pathway in laparoscopic gastric cancer surgery patients.Methods 84 cases of laparoscopic gastric cancer patients treated in our hospital from April 2018 to May 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,of which 42 cases in the control group were given routine nursing and 42 cases in the observation group were given clinical nursing paths.The difference of nursing effects between the two groups on laparoscopic gastric cancer patients was observed and compared.Results The observation group was higher than the control group in health knowledge mastery,self-care ability and nursing satisfaction,and there was statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The observation group was shorter than the control group in hospitalization time,catheterization time and anal ventilation time,and there were statistical differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of clinical nursing pathway in patients undergoing laparoscopic gastric cancer surgery is helpful to improve the patient's nursing satisfaction,enhance the nursing knowledge of nursing staff,ensure the smooth progress of laparoscopic gastric cancer surgery,shorten the hospitalization and catheterization time of patients,and accelerate anal ventilation.
