中医护理路径在再生障碍性贫血患者中的效果观察

摘　　要：目的分析探究中医护理路径应用于再生障碍性贫血患者中的效果。方法本次将我院于2017年1月至2018年9月纳入研究的再生障碍性贫血患者一共80例作为研究的对象,按随机数字表法分成两组;其中,对照组40例采取一般护理,观察组40例按照中医护理路径进行护理,进一步对比两组临床护理效果。结果①护理前,两组血红蛋白、血小板、白细胞水平均没有显著差异(P> 0.05);护理后,观察组以上三项血细胞指标水平均显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。②观察组护理总护理度的95.00%,显著高于对照组的对照组的75.00%(P <0.05)。结论中医护理路径应用于再生障碍性贫血患者中效果显著,值得推广及应用。Objective To analyze the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing pathway in patients with aplastic anemia.Method According to the prospective principle of clinical study,80 patients with aplastic anemia treated in our hospital from January 2017 to September 2018 were randomly divided into control group(n=40)and observation group(n=40).The control group was given general nursing,and the observation group was given nursing according to the nursing path of traditional Chinese medicine,and the clinical nursing effect of the two groups was further compared.Results(1)Before nursing,there was no significant difference in hemoglobin,platelet and white blood cell levels between the two groups.After active nursing,the levels of the above three blood cell indexes in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)The total nursing degree in the observation group was 95.00%.It was significantly higher than that of the control group(75.00%),and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing pathway in patients with aplastic anemia can effectively improve the therapeutic effect and improve the satisfaction of patients with nursing service,so it is worth adopting in clinical nursing practice.
