精准扶贫视域下高校贫困生档案管理研究

摘　　要：精准扶贫是当前国家完成全面建成小康社会的重要战略内容,精准扶贫要想取得实效就需要多个主体共同参与。高校作为精准扶贫工作实施的重要主体理应重视高校贫困生档案管理,当前高校贫困生档案管理还存在重视程度不够,程序过于复杂,档案信息资源开发利用效果较差等问题。因此,有必要重视高校贫困生档案管理,优化管理程序,加大对高校贫困生档案资源开发力度,更好地服务贫困学生。Targeted poverty alleviation is an important part of the national strategy for the overall construction of a well-off society.Targeted poverty alleviation needs the participation of many subjects if it is to be effective.As important subjects in the implementation of targeted poverty alleviation work,colleges and universities should attach importance to the management of the archives of impoverished students where there are problems of insufficient emphasis,overly complicated procedure,poor effect of development and utilization of archival information resources and so on.Therefore,it is necessary to pay attention to the archives management,optimize the management procedure,and increase the development of impoverished students'archival resources,so as to better serve them.
