摘　　要：关于日本外交档案的研究与利用,是近十年来兴起的一个热点话题。因为日本政府曾经对外交档案与公开的行政文件都没有进行系统的管理,以至于许多研究日本外交历史的学者,不得不去利用以美国为主的其他国家的档案。21世纪以来,在日本政府和学术界的不断努力下,日本政府在外交档案与有关情报的整理、保管和公开方面都取得了很大进步。本文将以日本ODA的发展历史为例来阐述目前日本外交档案的研究与使用。The research and utilization of Japanese diplomatic archives is a hot topic that has arisen in the past decade.Because the Japanese government did not systematically manage diplomatic archives and open administrative documents,many scholars who studied Japanese diplomatic history had to use the archives of other countries,mainly the United States.Since the beginning of the 21st century,with the continuous efforts of the Japanese government and academia,the Japanese government has made great progress in organization,preservation and disclosure of diplomatic archives and related information.This paper takes the development history of Japan's ODA as an example to illustrate the current research and utilization of Japanese diplomatic archives.
