复可托联合玉屏风颗粒治疗儿童哮喘合并反复呼吸道感染的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨复可托联合玉屏风颗粒治疗儿童哮喘合并反复呼吸道感染临床疗效。方法选取2017年2月—2017年7月本院诊治哮喘合并反复呼吸道感染患儿75例行回顾性分析,根据患儿用药方案分为干预组(常规治疗+复可托+玉屏风颗粒治疗,43例)和常规组(常规治疗+玉屏风颗粒治疗,32例),比较2组患儿症状改善情况、免疫功能、疗效及不良反应发生率。结果干预组患儿哮喘发作次数、呼吸道感染次数、咳嗽时间、发热时间及抗生素使用时间均低于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组患儿CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+、IgA、IgG水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后6月,干预组患儿CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+、IgA、IgG均高于常规组,且高于治疗前(P<0.05)。干预组患儿治疗总有效率高于常规组(97.44%vs 75.86%,P<0.05)。2组患儿治疗期间不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(12.82%vs 24.14%,P>0.05)。结论复可托联合玉屏风颗粒治疗儿童哮喘合并反复呼吸道感染可提高患儿免疫功能、改善临床症状和体征,具有显著疗效和较高用药安全性。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Fuketou(spleen aminopeptide oral lyophilized powder)and Yupingfeng granule(a traditional Chinese patent medicine)in the treatment of children's asthma combined with recurrent respiratory tract infection.Methods A total of 75 child patients with asthma combined with recurrent respiratory tract infection in a hospital from February 2017 to July 2017 were selected for retrospective analysis.According to the children's drug regimens,they were divided into an intervention group(conventional treatment+Fuketou+Yupingfeng granules,43 cases)and a conventional group(conventional treatment+Yupingfeng granules,32 cases),and the symptom improvement,immune function,efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions of the children in two groups were investigated and compared.Results The number of asthma attacks,number of respiratory infections,cough time,fever time,and use of antibi⁃otics in the interventional group were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).Before the treatment,the levels of CD3^+,CD4^+,CD8^+,IgA,and IgG in two groups were not significantly different(P>0.05),but after the treatment,the CD3^+,CD4^+,CD8^+,IgA,and IgG in the intervention group were higher than those in the conventional group,and also higher than those before the treatment(P<005).The total effective rate of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the conven⁃tional group(97.44%vs.75.86%,P<0.05).There was no significant difference between two groups in the incidence of adverse reactions during the treatment(12.82%vs.24.14%,P>0.05).Conclusion Fu Fuketou combined with Yupingfeng granules in the treatment of children's asthma combined with recurrent respiratory tract infection can improve the immune function of the children,improve clinical symptoms and signs,and it possesses the significant efficacy and higher drug safety.
