摘 要:目的针对需求发展重点问题的特点,运用群体层次分析法设计并实现需求发展重点评价系统。方法根据专家研究领域与评价问题领域之间的匹配关系确定专家权重,并运用Hadamard凸组合集结所有专家的判断矩阵。结果通过计算集结后矩阵的单一准则下指标的相对权重和各层指标的组合权重,得出需求发展重点方案,解决需求发展重点确定中决策者主观偏好影响较大的问题。结论该系统应用于需求发展重点方案评价是适用和可靠的。Objective Aiming at the characteristics of the key problems of demand development,the group analytic hierarchy process(GAHP)was used to design and implement the key evaluation system of demand development.Methods An expert weight was determined according to the matching relationship between expert research field and evaluation problem field,and the Hadamard convex combination was used to aggregate the judgement matrix of all experts.Results By calculation of the relative weights of indicators and the combined weights of indicators at each level under the single criterion of the aggregated matrix,the key demand development scheme was obtained,which solved the problem subject to the greater impact of the subjective preferences of decision makers.Conclusion This system is tested to be appropriate and dependable when used in the evaluation of key demand development projects.
