摘  要:生理状态下,血糖水平的变化呈现为“平稳基础血糖+较高餐后血糖”。调控血糖水平的多个系统和器官作为外周生物钟受中枢生物钟总控,使得血糖水平的变化呈现一定的生物节律。黎明现象是血糖水平变化具有生物节律的典型例子。目前尚无任何一种口服降糖药物能够有效控制黎明现象,而基础胰岛素能够消除黎明现象,以实现良好的血糖控制。本文将就血糖的生物节律紊乱之一——黎明现象和胰岛素治疗学(基础胰岛素)做一阐述。In physiological condition,there was manifestation as"stable basal blood glucose and higher postprandial blood glucose"in glucose homeostasis.Glucose homeostasis was regulated by many systems and organs which were peripheral circadian clock controlled by central circadian clock,which contributed to certain biological rhythm in glucose homeostasis.Dawn phenomenon was a typical example of biological rhythm in glucose homeostasis.At present,there were no oral hypoglycemic drugs which could effectively control the dawn phenomenon.Basal insulin can eliminate the dawn phenomenon to achieve blood glucose target.This review reviewed dawn phenomenon and its insulin therapeutics.
