具报警功能的动态血糖监测系统在指导妊娠期糖尿病患者治疗和护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的:分析动态血糖监测系统报警功能在妊娠期糖尿病患者产后监测血糖中的应用与护理。方法:从我院在2017年1月至2018年1月期间接收的妊娠期糖尿病患者中选取106例,作为分析对象,按照护理方法的不同,将患者分为对照组和观察组,两组患者均为53例,对照组患者选择指尖血糖仪监测血糖,观察组患者选择动态血糖监测。比较两组患者高血糖控制情况,产妇并发症发生情况和新生儿并发症发生情况。结果:通过对比观察,发现观察组患者症状缓解时间、血糖控制时间和平均住院时间皆比对照组患者短,差异较明显(P<0.05),具备统计学意义;比较两组妊娠期糖尿病患者,观察组患者羊水过多1例、妊高征0例,巨大儿1例,共2例,并发症发生率为3.77%,对照组患者羊水过多5例、妊高征2例,巨大儿5例,共12例,并发症发生率为22.64%,对照组患者并发症发生率远高于观察组患者,差异较大(P<0.05),具备统计学意义;观察组患者的新生儿中除1例低血糖外再无其他并发症,并发症发生率为1.89%,而对照组患者的新生儿中有5例低血糖、2例肺炎、2例其他并发症,共9例并发症,其发生率为16.98%,差异较大(P<0.05),具备统计学意义。结论:动态血糖监测系统报警功能在妊娠期糖尿病患者产后监测血糖中,能缩短治疗时间,促使患者尽早出院,降低患者并发症,临床效果好,可推广使用。Objective:To analyze the application and nursing of the alarm function of the Dynamic Blood Glucose Monitoring System in postpartum blood glucose monitoring of patients with gestational diabetes Mellitus.Methods:From January 2017 to January 2018,106 patients with gestational diabetes were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the difference of nursing methods,the Control Group was selected to monitor Blood Glucose by finger-tip Blood Glucose meter,and the observation group was selected to monitor blood glucose dynamically.The control of hyperglycemia,maternal complications and neonatal complications were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the Control Group,the symptom relief time,blood sugar control time and average hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05),which had statistical significance,there were 1 case of Polyhydramnios,0 case of pregnancy induced hypertension,1 case of macrosomia,2 cases of macrosomia,the complication rate was 3.77%,5 cases of Polyhydramnios,2 cases of pregnancy induced hypertension,5 cases of macrosomia,the complication rate was 22.64%,the incidence of complications in the control group was significantly higher than that in the observation group(P<0.05),and the incidence of complications in the observation group was 1.89%,in the control group,there were 5 cases of hypoglycemia,2 cases of pneumonia,2 cases of other complications,9 cases of complications,the incidence was 16.98%,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The alarm function of the Dynamic Blood Glucose monitoring system can shorten the treatment time,prompt the patients to leave the hospital as soon as possible,reduce the complications of the patients,the clinical effect is good,can be used widely.
