摘　　要：目的:探究阿托伐他汀钙片治疗对冠心病合并高脂血症患者血脂水平的影响观察。方法:选取2019年4月至2020年4月我院收治的72例冠心病合并高脂血症患者,分为观察组及对照组各36例。应用阿托伐他汀钙片治疗的是观察组,单纯应用常规对症治疗方式进行干预的是对照组。比较分析心理状态评分、血脂水平、生活质量、临床疗效等情况。结果:相较于对照组27例(75.00%),观察组的临床治疗总有效率为34例(94.44%)更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);相较于对照组,观察组的高密度脂蛋增加水平较高,低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、总胆固醇、甘油三酯水平均较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);相较于对照组,观察组的社会、躯体、环境、心理、综合的生活质量评分均显著较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);相较于对照组,观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)的心理状态评分均显著较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对冠心病合并高脂血症患者,采用阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,能够取得极佳的治疗效果提升生活质量,安全有效,加快患者康复速度,改善患者的不良负性心理情绪,调整血脂水平,具有临床应用价值。Objective:To investigate the effect of atorvastatin on blood lipid level in patients with coronary heart disease and hyperlipidemia.Methods:From April 2019 to April 2020,72 patients with coronary heart disease and hyperlipidemia were divided into observation group and control group,36 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with atorvastatin calcium tablets,while the control group was treated with conventional treatment.The mental state score,blood lipid level,quality of life and clinical effect were compared and analyzed.Results:Compared with 27 cases(75.00%)in the control group,the total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 34 cases(94.44%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the scores of social,physical,environmental,psychological and comprehensive quality of life in the observation group were significantly higher,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were significantly lower,with a statistically sigificant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with coronary heart disease and hyperlipidemia,atorvastatin calcium can achieve excellent therapeutic effect,improve the quality of life,safety and effectiveness,speed up the recovery of patients,improve the negative psychological mood of patients,adjust the level of blood lipids,and has clinical application value.
