异烟肼治疗联合优质护理干预在小儿结核性脑膜炎中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨异烟肼治疗联合优质护理干预在小儿结核性脑膜炎中的应用。方法:选取我院在2018年1月至2019年10月期间收治的小儿结核性脑膜炎患者62例,随机分为对照组与观察组,各31例。两组患儿均给予异烟肼抗结核治疗,对照组采用常规护理措施及健康教育,观察组在其基础上采用优质护理干预。比较两组患儿临床疗效、并发症发生率、住院时间、患儿父母焦虑程度及希望水平。结果:观察组患儿有效率高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,干预后,患儿父母焦虑程度低于对照组、希望水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:异烟肼治疗联合优质护理干预,可提高小儿TBM临床疗效,减少并发症,缩短住院时间,降低患儿父母焦虑程度,提高希望水平,值得临床应用。Objective:To explor the application of isoniazid and high quality nursing in chileren patients with tuberculous meningitis.Method:62 child patients with tuberculous meningitis in our hospital from January 2018 to October 2019 were selected,and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 31 cases in each group.Two groups were both recieved Isoniazid antituberculosis treatment.The control group was given general nursing practice and health education,and the observation group was given high quality nursing on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,complication rate and hospital stays of patients,anxiety degree and hope level of patients'parents were compared between two groups.Results:The efficient in observation group was higher,the complication rate was lower,the hospital stays was shorter than those in control group.After intervention,the anxiety degree of patients'parents in observation group were lower,the hope level was higher than those in control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Isoniazid antituberculosis treatment and high quality nursing can improve clinical efficacy,lower complication rate,shorten hospital stays of children patients with tuberculous meningitis,and can reduce anxiety degree,improve hope level of patients'parents.It is worthy of clinical application.
