摘　　要：目的:探究无缝隙护理在肺部物理疗法治疗新生儿肺炎中的应用及对新生儿肺功能的影响。方法:选取本院2017年1月-2019年2月接诊的80例新生儿肺炎,按随机数表法分成观察组和对照组,各组40例。对照组进行常规护理,观察组在此基础上进行无缝隙护理,比较两组新生患儿哮鸣音、肺部湿罗音消失及住院时间,并记录护理后的一秒用力呯力容积(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)、FEV1/FVC等肺功能指标。结果:观察组的哮鸣音、肺部湿罗音消失及住院时间均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理后的FEV1、FVC、FEV1/FVC均比对照组高差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:无缝隙护理在肺部物理疗法治疗新生儿肺炎中的应用较好,可促进临床症状快速缓解,缩短住院时间,且改善肺功能。Objective:To explore the application of seamless nursing in the treatment of neonatal pneumonia with pulmonary physical therapy and its effect on neonatal pulmonary function.Methods:80 cases of neonatal pneumonia received in our hospital from January 2017 to February 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given seamless nursing on this basis.The disappearance of wheezing sound,lung moist rale and hospitalization time were compared between the two groups,and the pulmonary function indexes such as FEV1,FVC,FEV1/FVC were recorded after nursing.Results:The disappearance of wheezing sound,lung moist rale and hospitalization time in the observation group were less than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the FEV1,FVC and FEV1/FVC in the observation group after nursing were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Seamless nursing is better in the treatment of neonatal pneumonia with pulmonary physical therapy,which can promote the rapid relief of clinical symptoms,shorten the hospitalization time and improve the pulmonary function.
