摘 要:采用组织分离法分离了油茶炭疽病病原菌YCTJ,通过柯赫氏法则、形态学和分子生物学特征以及系统发育树对病原菌进行了鉴定,并采用生长速率法测定了400 g/L氟硅唑乳油等10种杀菌剂对油茶炭疽病菌的室内药效。结果表明:经鉴定,证实引起油茶炭疽病的病原菌为胶孢炭疽菌;供试的10种杀菌剂中,400 g/L氟硅唑乳油、10%苯醚甲环唑微乳剂、80%戊唑醇可湿性粉剂、30%肟菌·戊唑醇悬浮剂和43%氟菌·肟菌酯悬浮剂这5种杀菌剂对油茶炭疽病菌的抑制效果在98.41%~100%之间,可以作为油茶炭疽病田间防治的备选药剂。Through tissue separation,inoculation and pure culture(Koch postulates),a pathogen strain YCTJ of Camellia oleifera anthracnose was obtained,then identified by morphological features,molecular biological characteristics and its phylogenetic tree.The results showed that the pathogen of Camellia oleifera anthracnose was Colletotrichum gloeosporioides.In addition,the efficacy of 10 fungicides against Colletotrichum gloeosporioides was determined by mycelium growth rate method in the laboratory.The control effects of 400 g/L flusilazole EC,10%difenoconazole ME,80%tebuconazole WP,30%trifloxystrobin·tebuconazole SC,43%fluopyram·trifloxystrobin SC were between 98.41%-100%.These five fungicides could be used as alternative fungicides for field control of Camellia oleifera anthracnose.
