荆门市第一人民医院91新型冠状病毒肺炎患者的临床特征分析

摘　　要：目的:通过收集临床病例数据,分析COVID-19临床特征。方法:收集该院六个病区中91例确诊COVID-19患者,截至2020年2月21日出院的临床资料。回顾性分析流行病学史及临床特征。结果:本研究中有武汉旅居史占47.25%(43/91)。常见症状发热86.81%(79/91)咳嗽50.55%(46/91),胃肠道症状6.59%(6/91),咽痛、流涕胸闷等症状不常见。胸部CT阳性占97.80%(89/91),CT阴性占2.20%(2/91)。入院时淋巴细胞计数下降患者占81.32%(74/91)。结论:COVID-19临床症状以发热和咳嗽多见,大部分患者淋巴细胞减少,胸部CT检查对COVID-19的筛查具有重要意义。Objective: The medical case data was collected to analyze the clinical features of COVID-19.Methods:Collecting the clinical data of 91 confirmed COVID-19 cases from six districts of the hospital, as of February 21, 2020. Conducting retrospective analysis of epidemiological history and clinical features. Results: In this study, patients who had visited or lived in Wuhan accounted for 47.25%(43/91). Common symptoms: fever occupied 86.81%(79/91), cough 50.55%(46/91),gastrointestinal symptoms 6.59%(6/91);sore throat, runny chest tightness and other symptoms were uncommon. Chest CT showing positive accounted for 97.80%(89/91) and negative made up 2.20%(2/91). Patients with decreased lymphocyte count on admission accounted for 81.32%(74/91).Conclusion: The clinical symptoms of COVID-19 are more common with fever and cough and lymphocytes in most of patients are reduced. Chest CT examination is of great importance for the screening of COVID-19.
