摘  要:目的:调查1486名医学生在新型冠状病毒肺炎期间对疫情的心理状况,分析不同因素导致医学生抑郁、焦虑情绪的差异,以及与社会支持系统的相关性,为学校了解医学生的心理状况提供理论依据。方法:随机抽取2所内蒙古医学院校的在校医学生1538名作为研究对象,采用问卷星电子量表进行调查。结果:医学生的抑郁症状检出率为35.53%,焦虑症状的检出率为15.41%,社会支持系统平均分35.77±5.31。性别和地区间抑郁、焦虑和社会支持系统方面的差异均有统计学意义。结论:医学生合理安排学习和休息,调节不良情绪。学校和社会关注医学生的心理状态,做好疫情宣传和学生心理调适。Objective:The purpose of this study wasto investigate the psychological status of 1486 medical students during the period of COVID-19, and analyze the differences of depression and anxiety among medical students caused by different factors, as well as the correlation with social support system, so as to provide theoretical basis for schools to understandthe psychological status of medical students.Method: A descriptivedesign is used in 1486 medical students from two Inner Mongolia medical colleges.Results: Thedetection rate of depression symptoms and anxiety symptoms in medical students was35.53%, 15.41%, and the average score of social support system was 35.77±5.31.The differences between gender and interregional in depression, anxiety and social support systems were statistically significant.Conclusions: Medical students should arrange their study and rest reasonably and adjust their bad mood.Schools and society should pay attention to the psychological state of medical students and do a good job in the propaganda of epidemic situation and the psychological adjustment ofstudents.
