芳纶纤维浸胶帆布的开发与生产

摘　　要：测试活化芳纶工业丝的基本物理性能并对其进行捻线、织布、浸胶等工艺处理制成EPP1250-1350芳纶纤维浸胶帆布,进行成品性能检测。结果表明:活化芳纶工业丝有较高的强力和模量、良好的热稳定性;EPP1250-1350芳纶纤维浸胶帆布的外观与物理性能均良好;芳纶纤维浸胶帆布作为输送带浸胶骨架材料的优势包括成槽性好、使用寿命长、接头耐久性能好、轻量化、阻燃性能优异等。The basic physical properties of the activated aramid industrial yarn were tested, the impregnated aramid fiber canvas EPP1250-1350 was produced through processing such as twisting,weaving and impregnation,and the performance of the finished product was evaluated. The results showed that,activated aramid industrial yarn had high strength and modulus,and good thermal stability. The impregnated canvas EPP1250-1350 had good appearance and physical properties. Impregnated aramid fiber canvas had advantages as the impregnated framework material of conveyor belt such as good grooving performance,long service life,good joint durability,lightweight,and excellent flame retardant performance.
