摘  要:铜锈环棱螺、河蚬、三角帆蚌是当前淡水生态系统常见的底栖动物类群,其对维持生态系统结构和功能的稳定具有重要的作用。为进一步提高底栖动物对水环境健康状态影响的认识,本研究利用水箱自然放养铜锈环棱螺、河蚬、三角帆蚌,探讨铜锈环棱螺、河蚬、三角帆蚌单养条件下对水质健康状态的影响,为合理利用底栖动物改善和修复水体提供科学依据。结果表明,铜锈环棱螺、河蚬、三角帆蚌的放养可有效去除水体悬浮颗粒和浮游藻类,提高水体透明度,改变可溶解性氮、磷形态;系统中单养铜锈环棱螺、河蚬、三角帆蚌可显著提高水体总氮、总磷、硝态氮、氨氮含量,且各形态氮磷含量的增加程度随铜锈环棱螺、河蚬、三角帆蚌的密度增加而提高。因此,基于本研究结果,建议在水环境修复过程中通过联合移植沉水植物和底栖动物,利用生物体间的互作关系,促进水体营养盐循环,提高系统的复杂性与稳定性,最终实现系统多样性增加和水质提升。As common zoobenthos in freshwater ecosystems,the Bellamya aeruginosa,Corbicula fluminea and Hyriopsis cumingii play an important role in maintaining the stability of ecosystem structure and function.In order to further improve the understanding of zoobenthos on the health status of water environment,and provides scientific basis for the rational utilization of zoobenthos to remediation of water body.In this study,the effects of single rearing of Bellamya aeruginosa,Corbicula fluminea and Hyriopsis cumingii on water quality were investigated.The results showed that the presence of Bellamya aeruginosa,Corbicula fluminea and Hyriopsis cumingii significantly reduced the content of suspended particles and algae,improved the water transparency,changing the form of soluble nitrogen and phosphorus;while the content of total nitrogen,total phosphorus,nitrate nitrogen and ammonia nitrogen could be significantly increased by single rearing Bellamya aeruginosa,Corbicula fluminea and Hyriopsis cumingii,and the uptrend of nitrogen and phosphorus shows a positive correlation to the density of Bellamya aeruginosa,Corbicula fluminea and Hyriopsis cumingii.Based on the results of this study,we recommend that the submerged plants and zoobenthos were transplanted together in the process of water environmental remediation,to promote water nutrient cycle,improve the complexity and stability of the freshwater ecosystem.
