摘 要:采用搅拌吸附的方式,考察了KD-8B染料溶液pH、浓度、搅拌速率等影响因子,分析了Weber&Morris颗粒内扩散方程。研究结果表明,KD-8B染料溶液受pH影响较大在静态吸附计算时要排除pH的影响,最大吸收波长为521 nm标准曲线方程相关系数良好。KD-8B浓度达到80 mg/L搅拌转速达到300 r/min后脱色率趋于稳定不再受KD-8B浓度和搅拌速率影响,吸附外扩散阻力基本消除。颗粒内扩散常数(Kid)相关系数大于0.6,钢渣对KD-8B染料废水的吸附过程符合内扩散模型,孔扩散过程是动力学控制步骤。KD-8B浓度和搅拌速率对Kid影响较小,KD-8B浓度影响下Kid值约为0.024 99 mg/(g·min1/2),搅拌速率影响下Kid值约为0.027 92 mg/(g·min1/2);钢渣粒径和添加量对Kid的影响较大,钢渣粒径从60~80目提高到>200目,Kid降低了0.032 46 mg/(g·min1/2);钢渣用量从10 g增加到24 g,Kid降低了0.078 3 mg/(g·min1/2)。The pH value,concentration and stirring rate of KD-8B dye solution were investigated by stirring adsorption,and the diffusion equation in Weber Morris particles was analyzed.The results show that KD-8B dye solution is greatly affected by pH value.The maximum absorption wavelength is 521 nm,and the correlation coefficient of standard curve equation is good.When the concentration of KD-8B reaches 80 mg/L and the stirring speed reaches 300 r/min,the decolorization rate tends to be stable and is no longer affected by KD-8B concentration and stirring speed,and the external diffusion resistance(Kid) is basically eliminated.The correlation coefficient of the in particle diffusion constant(Kid) is greater than 0.6.The adsorption process of KD-8B dye wastewater by steel slag conforms to the internal diffusion model,and the pore diffusion process is the kinetic control step.The influence of KD-8B concentration and stirring rate on Kid is small.Under the influence of KD-8B concentration,the Kid value is about 0.024 99 mg/(g·min1/2),and under the influence of stirring rate,the Kid value is about 0.027 92 mg/(g·min1/2).The influence of steel slag particle size and dosage on Kid is large.The steel slag particle size increases from 60~80 mesh to>200 mesh,and the Kid decreases by 0.032 46 mg/(g·min1/2).The steel slag dosage increases from 10 g to 24 g,and the Kid decreases by 0.078 3 mg/(g·min1/2).
