摘 要:针对韶钢3450 mm中厚板生产线钢板楔形量较大的问题进行研究,建立了有限元仿真计算模型,分析了机组对中性、机架刚度和轧件横向温差对出口楔形的影响规律,现场测量并分析轧辊不对称磨损和轧辊不对称交叉对楔形的影响,在此基础上,提出了工艺改进措施。应用效果表明,改进措施有效地控制了3450 mm生产线生产的钢板的楔形量,将楔形量由平均0.15 mm降低到平均0.06 mm,大大提高了板形质量,创造了显著的经济效果。The research on the problem of large wedge shape on the 3450mm medium and heavy plate production line at SGIS was conduct.A finite element simulation calculation model for the influence factors of wedge shape was established.The influence of the neutrality of the unit,the rigidity of the frame and the lateral temperature difference of the rolling stock on the wedge shape of the outlet were analyzed.And through the on-site measurement of the asymmetric wear of the roll and the asymmetric cross-rolling effect on the wedge shape,based on analysis,the process improvement measures have been proposed.Application results show that the process improvement measures effectively control the wedge shape,reduce the wedge shape of the unit from 0.15 mm to 0.06 mm,which greatly improve the shape quality.It has created significant economic effects.
