摘 要:阳春新钢铁烧结机尾采用的是电除尘器,随着运行时间的延长,设计排放浓度满足不了新的环保排放标准,需要改造升级。文章介绍了阳春新钢铁烧结机尾除尘升级改造方案,对比了电除尘技术、布袋除尘技术、电+袋3种除尘技术特点。烧结机尾“电+袋”除尘技术改造,取得了成功,对提标改造具有较好的借鉴意义。With the implementation of increasingly strict environmental protection emission standards,especially the implementation of special emission limits and the promotion of ultra-low emission transformation requirements in the iron and steel industry,the iron and steel enterprises are urged to upgrade their environmental protection facilities to meet the requirements of the new standards.An electrostatic precipitator was adopted for the end of the sintering machine at Yangchun New Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.,which has a long running time,and the designed discharge concentration can not meet the requirements of the new standards,also it needs to be improved.This paper introduces the upgrading scheme of dust removal at the end of sintering machine of Yangchun New Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.,and compares the characteristics of three kinds of dust removal technologies,i.e.electric dust removal technology,bag type dust removal technology and electric+bag type dust removal technology,which has a good reference significance for the upgrading of electric dust removal facilities in sintering process.
