摘　　要：在当今融媒体、数字出版的大环境中,学术期刊激烈竞争和品牌发展的大趋势要求进一步提升期刊编辑的专业素质。文章基于微笑曲线理论,重新审视新环境下编辑各项专业素质的附加价值,提出学术期刊编辑专业素质的价值重构:一是充分提高和发挥编辑的创新和策划能力,增添学术期刊的知识含金量及内容价值;二是学习和利用融媒体多途径实现期刊内容的精准传播,不断增强学术期刊的影响力和对社会的服务功能。In today’s environment of media and digital publishing,the fierce competition of academic journals and the general trend of brand development,the professional quality of journal editors is required to be further improved.Based on the smiling curve theory,the article re-examines the added value of various professional qua lities of editors,and proposes the value reconstruction of academic journal editor professional qualities:firstly,fully improve and exert the editor’s innovation and planning capabilities to increase the knowledge and content value of academic journals;secondly,learning to use media fusion to achieve the precise dissemination of journal content,and continuously enhance the influence of academic journals and service functions to society.
